I. General terms and conditions of Lavenza GmbH placement agency

The subject of the following general terms and conditions is, on the one hand, the brokerage service of Lavenza GmbH, hereinafter referred to as agent, as well as the general terms and conditions of the respective service providers, hereinafter referred to as models. We may refer to the respective service recipient as a customer. Legal provisions remain unaffected.

1. Contract with the intermediary

Lavenza GmbH mediates contracts between the customer and the models with services as part of an escort service. Further details are regulated in the general terms and conditions of the respective lady or in their respective individual contractual agreements. The agent's job is to properly provide the services requested by the customer. The specific service to be provided by the models is not part of the contract.

2. Obligations of the intermediary

The agent's offers are non-binding. Lavenza GmbH will endeavor to conclude a contract between the customers and models regarding the desired services.

3. Visual and textual representation of the ladies' services by the agent

These descriptions are based on information and templates from the respective model. Lavenza GmbH assumes no liability for the content of these information and templates.

4. Payment, power of attorney to receive money

No separate fee will be charged to the customer for the mediation. The respective services are billed directly between the customer and the model. To the extent that Lavenza GmbH is authorized to accept payment in exceptional cases, it has the authority to receive money for this purpose.

5. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted, is Munich.

II: General terms and conditions of the models

1. Type and scope of the models' services

The type and scope of the contractual services owed by the model to the customer result from the respective agreements with the customer and these general terms and conditions.

2. Booking, conclusion of contract

A contract between the model and the customer is only concluded when the model accepts the customer's non-binding booking request.

3. Fee

The respective fee relates exclusively to the time and company of the model and not to any additional services. Any travel costs will be charged separately; these must be paid in advance. Lavenza GmbH has the power to receive money for this purpose. The same also applies if the model requires a deposit. Furthermore, the model's agreed fee must be handed over in cash in an open envelope without being asked at the beginning of the meeting. Other payment options are excluded.

4. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted, is Munich.
